Our process starts with an on-site consultation where we dive deep into your vision and requirements. By meeting at your location, we can better understand the space, its challenges, and how to make it work beautifully for you. We’ll bring along a portfolio of our past projects and material samples to spark ideas and guide the design process. This is also the perfect time to take measurements and discuss your budget to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

Design Phase

Once we have a clear idea of your needs, George Stacey, along with our in-house project manager and designers, will craft a detailed, bespoke design. This design will map out the layout and specifications, tailored to your style and functionality needs. We’ll collaborate closely with you to finalise every detail from cabinetry and appliances to worktops and accessories. After this, we’ll provide an estimate for your approval and make any necessary adjustments to the design.

Construction

With the design locked in and your deposit secured, we’ll schedule your project in our workshop. Here’s where the magic happens—our skilled craftsmen bring your vision to life, hand-making each piece with precision and care. Whether it’s a custom kitchen, bookcase, or any other bespoke piece, every item is crafted in-house, and our spray shop handles the finishing touches in the color of your choice. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and high-quality standards. Construction timelines vary based on the project, with kitchens typically taking 10 to 12 weeks and smaller projects like fitted bookcases taking 6 to 8 weeks.

Installation

Once your project is ready, we’ll coordinate with your site manager to schedule installation. We’ll ensure that all necessary plumbing, electrical, or flooring work is in place before we begin. Our qualified team, under George’s direct supervision, will handle the fitting to ensure everything is installed perfectly. If your project includes custom worktops or splashbacks, we’ll template and install them once the main installation is complete. There’s usually a 2 to 4-week turnaround for these, during which we can provide temporary worktops to keep your space functional.

As installation wraps up, George and our project manager will conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards and is ready for you to enjoy. We also offer a follow-up visit within 6 months to make any necessary adjustments, ensuring your space is just as you envisioned.
